Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable quit ranch escape. Awesome country views of cows, horses and 5acre lake with covered dock for catch and release fishing. Our home is on a dirt road so we do recommend having a SUV or TRUCK. Sport type cars not advised unless you drive slow. I Catherine and friend do live on this property as well in my own home. We are close to Texas A&M. Nearby attractions consist of the Texas Renaissance fair in Todd Mission,Santa‘s Wonderland in College Station.

Ponderita farms - peaceful getaway in Anderson, TX

Our 3-room private suite and adjacent pool in Anderson, TX is the perfect place for a country getaway. Our place features wide open views far from the city crush. The living room, dining room, and kitchenette are included in one open area. The bedroom is separate and includes a queen-size bed. There is a hallway leading from the living area to the full bath which includes a small closet for clothing. Here you will also find extra blankets, pillows, and linens for the queen air mattress.

The Loft at the Honey House - BeeWeaver Honey Farm

Unique, comfortable urban style loft located in a commercial honey extracting and packing facility on our honey farm. We renovated our office space on the second floor of our Honey House to make a memorable one of a kind vacation stay on our farm. Sleep above where we extract and pack our honey, sit on our screened in porch and enjoy a beautiful view of our farm, visit WildFlyer Mead's tasting room, picnic and BBQ, stroll through our community garden, and shop at our historical honey shop!

This beautiful home overlooking a 54+ acre ranch has 2 beds & 2 baths w/ wood floors, an open floor plan, kitchen with updated appliances, granite counters and plenty of seating. The living room has floor to ceiling windows and a very comfortable but modern feel. There is outdoor seating, a fire pit, and views for miles. Enjoy a weekend getaway with peaceful morning coffees and tranquil evenings watching the sunset over the lake.

Close to Texas A&M College Station, North of the Woodlands, but away from the hustle and bustle; is a brand new barndominium nestled on its own private 80 acres overlooking a large clear lake. We can also organize birding tours for an additional fee. Note: Property is accessed via 7 miles of gravel road.

We are located directly off highway 30, allowing for quick access to Huntsville, B/CS, or the new Aggie Express to north Houston. Our home is a great spot for a weekend visit to college station, or even a personal retreat. We are a working farmstead with chickens, gardens and Scottish Highland cattle on 15 acres. We’ve got everything you need for a great stay.
