Maple Leaf Cottage - a stay for all seasons

Sled trails are open... We are perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying the screened in porch attached to the cabin. There’s a fire pit right out front with firewood available on premise. Relax and destress.

Ida's Glamping cabin is located in the heart of the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore-minutes from favorite hiking trails and beaches. Our Cabin is 8'x16' complete with everything you might need, outside hot shower, propane grill with side burner, propane two burner camp stove, dishes, pots/pans, coffee percolator, solar lights and Full size six inch memory foam mattress. Clam Venture screen tent set up at cabin. NO ELECTRICITY, NO WIFI and limited cell service. Propane wall heater.

Its nestled in the woods where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest but is still in close proximity to hiking, biking, cross country ski trails, and Marquette Mountain for downhill skiing and all Marquette has to offer. It is approximately 3 miles from the snowmobile trail and can be accessed using Green Garden Road. A very easy ride to the trail.
