Includes new build roof, firepit, hammocks, picnic table, porta john, electric, water, shower, limited propane, fully functioning camper aside from the camper toilet( was ripped out and now has a private porta jon on site). Enjoy nearby kayaking/ river activities, 20 minutes from a busy town with lots of shopping and restaurants/ bars. We are 420 friendly. Lots of animals for viewing.

The power for the camper will come from an onboard battery and a generator. You will have approximately 40 gallons water in the camper. There will be porta potties onsite. Platte-Camper in Woods w/FirePit & Hot Tub Access

The Platte Camper - This 37ft 5th wheel camper is located on part of our 20 acres of woods. This RV has water, electricity, Heat/AC, a refrigerator, stove top and cooking stove, toilet, shower and other basic necessities. The camper is locates down our rail about 300 ft from the main house and 100-200ft from other campers on the property. There is a shared outdoor hot tub that is available for use. We do have a fire pit just outside the camper. There is a nice trail through the woods.
