The view is stunningly beautiful and the stars at night are so bright that you can almost reach up and touch them. The house was completeley renovated just this year. There is NO WIFI but there is a smart TV that will hook up to your phone. There are DVDs, board games and a play station for your entertainment. We are fluent in English and Spanish. Enjoy.

You will enjoy a fragrance free home, so clean air inside and outside! Birdsong is the sound heard most often here. The sun hits our front porch in the morning, the best place to sip your coffee and enjoy the Cerbat Mountains at your feet. Our two acres offer a sampling of native plants and wildlife, and occasionally open range cattle wander by. The sunsets are amazing and on rare cloudy days we enjoy the lights in the valley.

Located between Kingman and Laughlin/Bullhead City and at an elevation of around 3,000 feet it is a nice quiet area. 20 minutes to Laughlin and 15 minutes to Kingman off highway 68 via paved roads it is a nice place to relax and enjoy the desert landscape. maximum cooling temperature is 74 degrees and maximum heating temperature is 70 degrees
