Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

NAN’S INN is a hidden gem located in the heart of Prescott. It is near the Courthouse plaza with shopping, good food, musical events & art shows on the square and famous whiskey row. This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Secluded Getaway -Spacious! 10 Minutes from Town

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate with a keypad. The gate opens and your in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, roll top desk, pellet stove for winter and A/C in the summer. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner.

Antelope Run Country Cottage in Chino Valley

We built our 720 square foot cottage in 2009 on 2.5 acres in an extremely quiet country neighborhood, and it has been very lightly used. The full kitchen has all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you will need. There is also a full size laundry setup in the bathroom. Our location is perfect for those attending firearm training at the world renowned Gunsite Academy. Gunsite is an easy 18 minute drive from our cottage in Chino Valley.
