The house offers top of the line hot tub, swimming pool with a view, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, Netflix, BBQ, 3 bathrooms and all modern necessities to make your stay as relaxed as possible.

It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Kuća nije novije renovirana ni moderno opremljena, ali je uredna i održavana. Velika plaža (kamenčići) je na 5 min hoda. Mirno okruženje. Sloboda kretanja. Magarci, konji, srne... šeću oko kuća, naučeni na suživot. Označene šetnice. Nema trgovine (najbliže grad Cres).
