Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Dijkcottage at the edge of the water

Located at the waters edge lies Dijkcottage. This 6-person thatched cottage offers plenty peace and quiet. The cottage includes a fenced garden, right on the water where you can catch fish. Dijkcottage is located on a park called 'De Poldertuin' and because of its location it provides complete privacy. IN 2027, RENTALS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE PER MONTH AND FOR A MAX. OF 4 PEOPLE. Dit huisje is niet geschikt voor luidruchtige gasten en vriendengroepen die op zoek zijn naar een uitvalsbasis voor feesten. Daarnaast is het huisje ook niet geschikt voor gastarbeiders. Let op! De bovenverdieping heeft een laag plafond.

Maar toch ook vlakbij interessante steden, zoals Amsterdam(45 min. rijden), Den Haag, Rotterdam en Utrecht(25 min.) De woning is sfeervol ingericht en biedt plaats aan 6 personen. Vanuit de ruime masterbedroom kijkt u zo over het water. Ook de overige 3 slaapkamers hebben een prachtig uitzicht. De moderne badkamer is voorzien van een ligbad en een douche.

With triple aspect views of fields, there is always something to see, whether it is farmers in action, cows grazing or a kestrel hovering. The area is popular with cyclists, walkers and birdwatchers, yet famous cities such as Gouda and Rotterdam are only a short car journey away. Please do note we are not close to any public transport links. The perfect place to relax or be as active as you like.

Stijlvol ingericht met eetgedeelte, complete keuken en badkamer beneden en de woon/slaapkamer op de verdieping. Gelegen aan het mooiste grachtje van Gouda in het historisch stadscentrum nabij bezienswaardigheden, winkels, cafe's en restaurantjes. Zeer geschikt voor fietsers.

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands! Dit splinternieuwe vakantiehuisje staat op een prachtige plek in de Krimpenerwaard en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De volledig ingerichte keuken heeft samen met de aangrenzende zithoek een fantastisch uitzicht op de polder door de grote glazen puien. Het huisje staat achter op ons eigen terrein, grenzend aan de polder. Tot rust komen gaat hier eigenlijk vanzelf. Aan de andere kant sta je ook binnen 1 minuut in de gezellige winkelstraat van Bergambacht.
