You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. The Guest Suite is on the lower level of the home. Perfect for overnight, weekend, and short-term guests in mind. Surrounded by Frontenac State Park, enjoy the quiet or head out for an adventure. It's a scenic 45-minute drive to Rochester. Head down the road and enjoy Lake Pepin. Bring your water toys and enjoy the day

The Corn Crib Cottage Barn or Villa is a luxurious and rustic 1100 square foot space. The Corn Crib originally used to dry corn and animal housing. This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve.
