It is a perfect place for a quiet get-away for 2 or wonderful alternative to a hotel stay. The cottage was built totally by hand, by the owner, with trees cut from the property. Best for: -romantic get-away -for 1 or 2 people-sorry NOT for visitors, UNLESS discussed /short time probably ok -must be 25 years old (county requirement) -corporate stay in the Lexington area -snowbirds in transit or scoping the area -visiting family in the area, & prefer your privacy -NO ROOM FOR BOAT TRAILER

Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.
