A quiet vintage cottage close to the East Beaches, the Strand and the Galveston Ferry! Welcome to Buttersea Cottage - our bright, eclectic getaway in Galveston's Lost Bayou district. We have a modern seaside vibe - calm and cultivated. We are a few minutes walk to the Seawall and the Grand Galvez or a few minutes drive to the fun shops on the Strand downtown. For those who prefer to drive to the beach we can provide guidance on some secret free parking spaces nearby!

This one bedroom, one bathroom second story guesthouse has access to a paved yard with picnic table, gas grill, and hot tub. It is less than a mile from the beach, the cruise port, and the historic East End downtown and just steps from cafe staples such as the Sunflower Bakery. Sleeps four maximum, with one private bedroom and one queen sized pull-out couch. There is one flight of stairs and a narrow paved path to access.

The pool is a refreshing end to a hot summer day of beach fun or downtown shopping.

Newly renovated home inside and out along with fresh furniture and appliances! We are a mile away from Pleasure Pier and the seawall. This home is great for large families as we have two bunk beds. One of which has two full sized mattress and the other has a full and a twin sized mattress. Large backyard space! There are great playgrounds close by for children as well as museums within walking distance!
