Cozy Catskills Cottage

This is my new catskill cottage. We are proud to offer you the perfect place for your retreat with more than 4 acres of maple trees, streams, old stone walls, spring and sitting on a small hill. I put all my effort in creating the best place to spend a weekend or a full season (all four seasons are beautiful and with plenty of things to do in the Catskills). There are two bedrooms, one is actually a loft on the second floor open to the living area. All spaces are generous for this 840 sq ft house. you´ll love the areas including the kitchen and bath. Guest can access all areas. I´m not around sometimes but you can reach me on the Airbnb app msg or by email. Instruction on how to arrive will be sent a few days before. There's always somebody around to help in case needed. Discover the famous Northern Catskill region with its ski resorts, hiking trails, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, and American fly fishing. If food is on the agenda, Conde Nast Traveler called the region "New York's culinary retreat." Want to drop the car? you can get to the property by bus! From NYC: Just take the Trail ways bus to Oneonta NY, and it will drop you a few hundred feet from the house. Same back to the city!. You can get here by bus from Albany, Buffalo, Montreal and many other cities in the region. If you want to use this method of transportation, I can assist with more information.

Lovely Farm Cottage & Majestic Waterfall

The Sparrow House is a beautiful farmhouse with a private trail to a majestic 120' waterfall. With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

The Stucco House

Upstairs private (isolated to guest access only) studio apartment with full amenities, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, large livingroom, washer/dryer and off street parking. Lots of local attractions. Near Howes Caverns and Secret Caverns, Iroquois Museum, Old Stone Fort, Vroman's Nose, Schoharie Kayak Rentals etc. Less than 2 miles off I88 exit 23. The quiet tranquility of mountain nature. Minutes from the Windham mountain ski resort. State land nearby for hunters as well. This one bedroom home has key pad entry, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, front deck, spacious rear deck, fire pit, acres of back yard, full bathroom, can sleep four with queen size bed and pull out couch, wifi, fire stick tv. All the comforts of home. This is a fully furnished one bedroom home that was recently converted to an Air BNB.

"Far from the Madding Crowd" Cozy Cabin Retreat

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.

Enjoy and relax roaming our 4 acres, amazing sunset views, and mesmerizing magic star gazing when the sun goes down. Our cabin offers one beautiful cozy bedroom comfortably sleeping two + two childrens , with one full bathroom. fully laundry with washer and dryer. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids) just be careful there is a steep latter going up the bedroom.
