You can relax on the patio, in the hot tub, or watch the goats frolicking in the pasture while you stroll through the property.

Previously owned by a Prohibition era “businessman” this large 2 bedroom home is fun and comfortable. Custom kitchen and bathroom. Laundry room. All new appliances. TVs in living room and bedrooms. Dining room and separate work space. Hot tub and pet friendly with large backyard for furry friends. Centrally located.

Cocooned by Redwoods, Sitka Spruce and Huckleberries. A ladder leads you to the cozy sleeping loft, where you can gaze at the stars through the two huge skylights. Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.

The Hot Tub sits in a gorgeous and totally private meadow, surrounded by the redwood forest. The location is conveniently located 15 minutes from Arcata or Eureka. Hike the redwoods, shopping in a Victorian Old Town, dine on local seasonal delicacies like Salmon and crab. Pick up necessities at Three-Corners Market, about a 5 minute drive.

Wake up to the redwoods, head into town to enjoy a cappuccino at a local coffee shop, located only 15 minutes away from the Arcata Plaza, come back to enjoy a dip in the hot tub, then get a goodnights rest on our memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets and memory foam pillows. 2nd set of sheets & pillows will only be included for 3+ guests! 4/20 friendly :) Property is shared with our main cabin. NO FIRES ALLOWED - anyone who breaks this rule will be fined $300.
