Nicely prearranged, with the comforts of home (bed linens, pots and pans, dishes, heat/AC, deck, dock, BBQ and more). Please not the cottage has two bathrooms, but only one shower. The shoreline at this cottage has a sandy beach. This cottage is just seconds from the ATV and snowmobiling trails! Closest grocery store and LCBO are only 4 min drive from the cottage. Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
