Como Lake house with boat and motor included

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

A peaceful space with an outside patio and grill, perfect for relaxing at end of day. We also have a large driveway that can accommodate your boat making it easy to enjoy a day on Bangs Lake or a short 15 min trip to Fox Lake. Nearby attractions include the Volo Museum, Jurassic Gardens, and Lake County Discovery Museum. Please note the backyard is not fenced in.

Welcome to The River Birch Cabin, located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Featured in Madison Magazine, this 1966 A-Frame is located two blocks from Lake Como and minutes from downtown Lake Geneva. It has many amenities including the Little Birch A-Frame playhouse for the kids and an outdoor firepit. The River Birch is just a 20 minute drive to Alpine Valley for snow skiing and summer concerts! It’s an ideal getaway for couples, families, or friends seeking relaxation and nature and dog friendly!

There are hiking/walking trails all around as well as rustic roads to explore.
