The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

Μικρό, ήσυχο διαμέρισμα 50τμ με μοναδικό στιλ και ατμόσφαιρα παραδοσιακή, σε υψόμετρο 500 μέτρα, με μεγάλη αυλή και ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα Λευκά Ορη. 1 κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι, 1 μπάνιο με ντούς, άνετο καθιστικό με καναπέ, δύο μονά κρεβάτια, πλήρη κουζίνα και τραπέζι. Φιλοξενεί 2-4 άτομα. Ακριβώς δίπλα, στην ίδια μεγάλη αυλή, βρίσκεται ακόμα ενα διαμέρισμά μας για 4 άτομα. με αυτοκίνητο: σε 20´στο φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30´ για τα Χανιά, 60΄ για το Λιβυκό Πέλαγος, 10΄ για το σούπερμαρκετ.

The Orange Tree Garden

Next to Chania (Crete), two floors privately owned 300 m. luxury villa, with swimming pool and parking area. It is located in a 4,000 square metres private yard with olive, orange and lemon trees, very close to the protected nature area of the “Agia Lake”. At a distance of some 4km you will find two of best organised sandy beaches of the Chania area. There is a bus station at 200 meters from the villa with a regular service to Chania, where you will find connections to all parts of Crete.

It is right in the heart of many mountaineering expeditions and near many outstanding coastal areas including the touristic town of Platanias.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

Traditional stone house

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains. Furnished, with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and energy fireplace for cold winter nights. Two large balconies with stunning views of the cypress forest and Tromarissa gorge. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.
