The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks.

The home sits conveniently close to the waters edge on a flat lot making walking to and from the dock quick and easy. The dock is a spacious two story dock with an open slip and deep water access. The home sits across the bay from Lake Lanier Islands waterpark. The home rests in a protected cove with very little boat traffic.

A mansion next door to the villa was used for different scenes of the Ozark TV series. With three cozy bedrooms, it can comfortably sleep up to 9 guests.
