Ferry boat to and from Bergen, and further into the fjord to Flåm. Great hiking opportunities in the mountains with many hiking trails in the area.

Hytte med fantastisk utsikt i rolige omgivelser. Kort vei til fjorden og en robåt er tilgjengelig i sommerhalvåret. Hytta har minikjøkken, kjøleskap, liten stekeovn og micro. Ikke oppvaskemaskin. Bad med dusj og toalett, varmekabler i gulvet. Stue med salonggruppe, spisebord og en koselig peis. Soverommene er svært små. Overbygd veranda med utemøbler. Sengetøy og handduker er ikke inkludert. Når snø, må man parkere ved veien og gå de siste 50 m opp til hytta. Parkering ved hytta om sommeren.

Big Cabin

Ortnevik is two and half hours north of Bergen, on the south side of the Sognefjord. It's a picturesque Norwegian village sitting by the fjord at the foot of the Stølsheimen National Park. The local ferry can take you to see a bit more of the surrounding area, such as Vik, Voss and Flåm. Along side the mountain and forest trails, fishing and rowing activities found here. We expect guests to clean the cabin to the same standard they found it in or there is the option of cleaning for 500 NOK.

Fine turer i nærheten, bla Vallestadfossen som ligger 500 meter unna. fjellturer er også rett i nærheten. Nedenfor hytta er det mulig å fiske ørret (små) i elva. Dette gratis. Nærmeste by er Førde som ligger 30 minutter unna. Haukedalsvatnet ligger ca 500 m unna hytten, der kan ein kjøpe fiskekort. Her er ein fin plass å finne roen.

Rent one of our simple and charming cabins that sleep 2-6 persons, put up your tent or park your caravan in the heart of West-Norwegian nature. The camping is an excellent starting point for hiking trips to Haugabreen glacier, Oldeskaret and Briksdalen during summer and Snønipa(1827m) for back country skiing in winter and spring. Cottage of about 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms. Own kitchen with crockery. The cottage is in a peaceful area with 3 other cabins. The chalet is in a private road and the area is quiet and peaceful. There is barbecue at the cabin for fine evenings with sunset in the fjord. There is a fireplace in the living room and it comes with firewood that can be used if it gets cold. There is also electric heating in every room. Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price.
