Comfortable beds, fresh linens and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. NO washer/dryer on the premises. Laundromat is nearby. Backyard has lawn furniture and a table to enjoy a meal outside or the evening shade. NO pets/animals. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only. These rules make it comfortable for all guests.
