There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Our historic home (1895) is adjacent to the Grove Park golf course. We have beautiful long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a swimming pool, and are close to downtown. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and the Grove Park Inn. Our private downstairs suite has its own path and entrance with a lockbox. It includes a bedroom, living room, and bathroom (see details in "the space"). Come relax, explore, and enjoy the views, patios, and sunsets. Pet friendly.
