L'asinaia si trova all'interno della tenuta di BorgoRinascimento. Il parco è composto da 7 ettari di ulivi vigna e girardino da cui si vede il mare in lontanaza. L'edificio che appartenne alla famiglia Torlonia conserva il fascino delle case antiche. L'appartamento è al piano terra, nella proprietà si trovano animali in libertà, tra cui sei gatti ogniuno con la sua personalità, due cagnoline allegre, tre asinelli, alcune gallinelle libere, la coppia di pecore Antonello e l'amica Carmela 🐑🐏❣️

Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
