Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

My Guest House is attached to a single family home in the West End of Alexandria & offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath & kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious, one features a loft & balcony. The closest Metro stations are Van Dorn & Pentagon City (not walkable), you can easily access I-395 in less than 5 minutes. Many great ethnic restaurants in the immediate area. Only ~15 min to DCA, monuments/museums (7.8 miles to the Washington Monument), SW Waterfront, Old Town Alexandria, Capitol Hill (20 min).

Large fully fenced yard for kids, dogs, and outside entertaining. Outdoor amenities include a huge patio seating area, a fire-pit, and a gas grill. Inside there is a gourmet kitchen, two fireplaces and a beautifully decorated living area. Master bedroom is set-up like a resort with a very comfortable king size bed and luxury master bathroom.

Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you!
