Perfect for a romantic getaway or a convenient place to stay if you are in the area for business. A large fenced yard abuts a public park complete with tennis courts, track and walking trail. Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

A great family place with lots of room for fun. Located in the quaint/historic downtown part of Fairhaven, this 3 bedroom home is a short walk to the Park and Beaches of Fort Phoenix. Nearby shopping and delicious restaurants, located about ten minutes from the Martha's Vinyard ferry in neighboring New Bedford. First floor with well equipped kitchen, one bedroom and Bathroom with two bedrooms and additional sitting/TV room with air conditioner in second floor. Stairs are a little steep.

The Carriage house is very homey and in a nice quiet setting. The house is surrounded by gardens, providing plenty of privacy. There is a nice outdoor space with a table and chairs and a grill to cook on as well. There is also central air throughout the entire house. Newly renovated kitchen and new furnishings throughout the space.
