Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

This newly renovated cabin is located on over an acre of land surrounded by woods and overlooking a stream. The space is open and bright with tons of natural light and the screened in porch has cozy furniture where you can sit and listen to the stream. Outside there is a beautiful hangout area where you can use our solo stove to have campfires and relax under the solar twinkle lights. We also have a mini deck perfect for Yoga, Meditation, sunbathing. You will also find a hammock in the backyard

Imagine yourself on a screened porch, gas fireplace glowing, string lights warm overhead, peering into the woods — our guests' favorite space. Take a leisurely walk under the towering trees in the quiet wooded acre surrounding our cozy, alpine-inspired cabin with contemporary bohemian touches. Sleep upstairs under deep-set skylights, observe wildlife out our large picture windows, or daydream on the hammock. On a clear night, stargaze through the tall trees while toasting marshmallows fireside.

1930s little farmhouse, pond, fire pit, secluded

We were able to acquire my family’s little 1930s farmhouse. It's believed to be built in the late 1800s. It sits on 48.5 acres, it gives you plenty of land to explore. Our 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom is newly renovated and is fully electric with a brand-new wood stove that is optional. Guests can enjoy the many wild life that call this place home and the small pond with fish in the back of the house. Just beyond the house you can enjoy s’mores at the fire pit with plenty of wood to feed it.

We are dog friendly, situated close to Minnewaska State Park for hiking and swimming, and only a 5 min drive to access amenities in Ellenville.

Shingle Gully Cottage

Shingle Gully Cottage is located on over 40 acres of privately-owned land bordering Sam’s Point Preserve. The cottage is located on the outskirts of Ellenville, situated at the base of the rolling Catskills within the Shawangunk valley. There is a pellet stove that will be lit on chilly nights, upon request. During the summer months, there is air conditioning available making a cool and cozy retreat from the heat of the summer. There are two additional cottages on the property.
