Only 3 blocks to the PATH train to WTC (in 15 minutes) and Midtown (in 22 minutes), which runs 24/7, making all tourist attractions and shopping very convenient. Groceries, restaurants, cafes, etc.

Since it could easily cost $80 per person for breakfast and drinks, you are actually saving a lot! No view to parade. Right across from Park Hyatt at a much affordable price. Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).
