Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

If your looking to hit the downtown area then you could walk the beach there, would take about 30 minutes or a few minute drive. Zoo nearby, east beach volley ball courts nearby! No parking 10/6 until friday. The city is tearing up the side walk and has blocked off the driveway until they finish friday afternoon.

Relaxing at the beach is a quick walk from the property, lower state street and funk zone area would be about a 30 minute walk along the beach but would be a quick drive. No parking 10/6 until friday. The city is tearing up the side walk and has blocked off the driveway until they finish friday afternoon.
