Lovely guest suite with private entrance, bath, kitchenette, sitting room with 42" flat screen TV and separate bedroom. Bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and heated tile floor. We are not set up for children, however we can accommodate infants, we have a pack-play. Large, tranquil yard that backs to a beautiful common area with walking paths. If you like open spaces and beautiful rim property views of the mountains and gorgeous morning sunrises and evening sunsets, walks around a ten acre walking path, access to a relaxing private lake, views of pastures where sheep (and lambs in the spring) graze and the view of pretty hens pecking around for bugs and worms providing you with farm fresh eggs for breakfast...then this is the place for you. We are pet friendly but have a two dog limit!
