There is a farm across the road, when the wind blows from the southwest you might experience the smell of livestock but mostly it's fresh air and sunshine. Sorry but NOT suitable for children or elderly because of steep staircase. Small hot water heater, may have to wait between showers No Guests in Pool! NO KIDS!

There are two properties on this location. Both are rented separately. The Farmhouse & Guest house has beautiful views of crop lands & farm animals of Cedar Vines. Half the time I am not there so I am looking for someone such as a travel nurse that will do 3 to 6 months at a time. You will have full reign of the house kitchen, large screen TV as well as a TV in your room with your own private bath. There's a covered carport for you to park.
