Phoenix Park is a 10 minute walk away (free entry) Memorial Gardens only a 3 minute walk (free entry) Kilmainham Goal is a 5 minute walk down the road. The Irish Museum of Modern Art is also a 5 minute walk away (free entry) Inchicore Centre is also nearby.

Our small terraced house was built in the 1890s. Back then, this was home to clerks, tradesmen, and families who worked in the busy heart of Dublin. The houses may look small from the outside, but they’ve always been full of warmth and community spirit. We’re just around the corner from Croke Park, the home of Gaelic games and one of the most famous stadiums in Europe. On match days, the whole area comes alive with colour, music, and excitement—it’s something truly special to experience.

Access to bus and train routes within walking distance to the house.

Located in the heart of Rathmines and only 10-30 minutes walk to Dublin's many inner city attractions. Located to the front of the house, the kitchen/sitting room overlooks the rear garden. There is a great bus service at the end of Grove Park to the city centre.
