There are a few steps up to the front door and then the entire house and deck is on the same level with no steps. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and each have a queen bed. The lounge has soft furnishings and open fire place. We also have gas heating and a split air conditioner. There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.

Four Oaks Farm is a working farm approximately 7.5 kms off the highway in Tonimbuk close to the Bunyip State Park, Gumbuya World, Mount Cannibal, Four Brothers rocks, bush walking tracks and horse-riding trails. Our property is situated close to the picturesque Gembrook Tonimbuk Rd with easy access to Melbourne. It is the gateway to beautiful Gippsland, the towns of Garfield, Bunyip Neerim South, Jindivick, Yarragon and the Baw Baw and Strezlecki Ranges.

Bloomfield Fern Cottage near Warragul

The Fern cottage is an open plan self contained cottage suitable for couples or singles. Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.
