CENTRAL ground floor suite in our home, with private entry. Located on a treelined residential street, within a 30 minute walk/10 minute drive to most major destinations on the Halifax Peninsula, including universities, hospitals, commons, and downtown core. Bus routes only steps away. Laundromat, grocery store, and shopping mall are also within walking distance. Perfect setup for two, can stretch up to four with the sofa bed in the main living space. There is ample, free parking on our street.

A very convenient location; a 10-second walk from the bus stop, a two-minute walk from a grocery store as well as a café, brewery, laundromat, hair salon, and restaurants.
