You will love this modern four season cottage on Grand Lake, NB. The cottage is equipped with Wi-fi, Smart TV Roku, BBQ and fire table. Walk inside to a spacious open concept kitchen and living room equipped with a chaise/fifth bed! Three bedrooms accessed from the living room with the bathroom accessed from the kitchen area.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.
