Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Ideally located on the point, Tupelo gives you a stunning, ever-changing perspective of the SE coast. A house for all seasons, watch the storms roll across the bay and bask in the sunny rays as it rises and sets over the water, uninterrupted by this unique position on the point. At the right time of year, sit back and watch the whales, dolphins, and migratory birds on their journeys as you soak up the scenery. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. Not far from Hobart or the airport and a 1hr drive to must see attractions MONA (47km), Port Arthur Historic site (58 km) and Maria Island Ferry (74 km).
