This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Welcome to our family friendly cozy farm home that accommodates to a family and or business trip. House is centrally-located to everything the town has to offer. We are walking distance to shopping and local eateries, 5 minutes away from Midwestern State University and North Texas State Hospital. Sheppard Air Force Base is a short 15 minute drive away. The MPEC Event Center and the downtown area is only a short 10 minute drive away. Whatever brings you to town, we are close enough to it all.

Electra, TX is a quaint small oilfield town with tons of character and wonderful history! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is about 1 mile away. No cleaning fee This unique apartment was built in 1925 and is located behind the main house that was built for a Kell sister, which is a well known name in Wichita Falls. The apartment is upstairs with a spacious sitting area and bedroom all in one. It has a large kitchen area with all the cooking amenities needed. Bathroom has a tub/ shower and is set up for all your needs. This Rustic Ranch is in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown, Sheppard Air Force. A tranquil getaway

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

It is 1.9 miles (6 minutes) from MSU. 9.2 miles (16 minutes) from from Sheppard Air Force Base. 2.8 miles (8 minutes) from MPEC. 1.7 miles (6 minutes) from United Regional.

Visiting for a student’s activity at Midwestern State University? It only takes 4 minutes to drive there (or 30 minute walk). Have business at Sheppard Air Force Base? It is only 12 minutes drive. Need a place to stay for the Hotter-N-Hell bike race in August? Just 3 1/2 miles! Just need to relax, great place for that. Lots of great restaurants, two live theatres with great plays & some nice places to shop.

However it only has one bathroom, one bedroom so please take that into consideration . We thought of everything to make your stay carefree. WiFi, TV with fire stick, washer and dryer, dishes and so much more.
