We have a large comfortable self contained studio apartment, suitable for one couple only, with a private entrance, a small deck, Queen bed, kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and some condiments supplied. It is in a quiet residential area with a 5 minute walk to our local beach where you can go for a nature walk, swim and watch the sunset. We live upstairs, so you may hear some sounds of life, but the studio is completely private.

Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

There is busses to Barrenjoey Lighthouse/Palm Beach, Manly, Brookvale and Sydney CBD. Ask about the beautiful coastal bushwalks and whale watching lookouts. You can expect a visiting kookaburra, Koel or other native birds in the still of the morning. Don’t be surprised if you see a possum at night or if you are very lucky a leaf tailed gecko.
