Fully furnished with A Minisplit Heat Pump/ AC, and Propane "wood stove" well water, and high speed WiFi. Within 30 minutes of Lincoln and 1 hr of Bangor. Both towns have shopping, restaurants,etc.

This is a beautiful property on a large, spring fed lake in rural Maine! A post and beam "camp" on East Grand Lake in Danforth, Maine. The camp is about 1000 square feet with 400 ft of water frontage on two wooded acres. The camp was built 20 years ago, but still looks really good! :) There is a beach with an excellent swimming area, a dock, canoe, two person peddle kayak, fire pits, etc. If you would like to bring a small motor boat, please reach out for docking information.

A place for adventure in the shadows of Mt Katahdin. Located on a quiet dead end road with many Amish people and horses . The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Baxter park, Katahdin woods and waters national monument, hiking, biking and white water rafting nearby. ATV and snowmobile from here on fantastic statewide trail system. Groceries, restaurant and fuel 5 minutes away. Shin pond 30 miles-Milli Houlton, Lincoln 45 miles- Bangor 85 miles.

Screened in porch overlooking the lake with table for dining or playing games on a rainy day, a lakeside fire pit, private dock, and large deck with grill. Come swim, fish, kayak/canoe, relax, and listen to the loons call! 10min from I-95 and town, restaurants, and grocery store. **Dock is in the water seasonally generally June- mid September.

Maine Lake Cabin

This rustic cabin has everything! Access to the lake, a complimentary canoe and gear is part of the deal. A boat slip can be arranged, there is access to ATV trails. It is also a perfect hunting cabin. There is running water, hot water, and electricity. The area is rustic, with excellent access, paved roads and nearby supplies. The cabin has a small refrigerator and a 10 gallon hot water tank as well as many small appliances.
