Eagles, ducks, deer, and an occasional moose will visit you. Kayak the river. Swim in nearby mountain lakes. Hike to a waterfall. Relax by one of the gas fireplaces indoors or on the patio and read a book, play a game, watch a movie. There’s no cell service but we do have Wi-Fi at the cabin. In winter, the Whitewater Ski hill is about 40 minute (+ scenic ferry ride) away. There is ample cross country skiing on the Kokanee Springs golf course and up Crawford Creek road as well as the spectacular Ainsworth Hot Springs just across the ferry(booking required).
