This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy, this cottage has so much outside area to enjoy: a very large garden and two terraces! Park your car here and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here... This little cottage (20 m2) has everything you need for a perfect holiday and more!

Fully renovated in 2016, located on the 2nd floor with a separate enterance. Apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, master bedroom with hot tub in the loggia. Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

The apartment has a balcony with a sea view. Is located on the first floor in the house by the sea. Distance from the center of the village and the supermarket is 100 meters. In the vicinity there is restaurant "Koralj". If you have a boat, the owners in front of the house have their own boat mooring. The location is ideal for families with children because the whole village offers beautiful natural beach. The apartment is away from the beach 20 meters.

Vlatkoviceva city center apartment

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
