Our Round House is located on a Rural Coastal Acreage, the edge of the Great Sandy Straits overlooking Fraser Island and the glorious blue waters on this area. Recently renovated and very comfortable we offer three bedrooms - the main Queen Bedroom upstairs has air conditioning, tv and an ensuite whilst downstairs is the Queen Bedroom and Twin Bedroom with the shared bathroom. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Other areas to enjoy are the Lounge, Dining Room, BBQ, reading retreat & deck.

Cosy queen bed. Roku smart TV. Double vanity bathroom, kitchenette and stylish BBQ to enjoy. Coffee Station with variety of coffee/tea. The Hot Tub is heated for your private use. Three minute walk around corner to BWS, bakery, butchery and IGA. Sorry not equipped for children.

The Garden Studio is in central Hervey Bay. It has its own entrance, a private garden/courtyard, and an amazing shower overlooking the private garden. Guests love this. The kitchenette is only suitable for making light meals it has a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and sandwich maker. A basin/bowl is provided to wash dishes. The shared magnesium mineral pool is relaxing, gentle on the skin, and great for those body aches. You also have use of the outdoor area by the pool and barbeque.

The property is best suited to travelers with their own transport and can accommodate your vehicle & boat or trailer.

Off street parking, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, A/C, all linen provided including bath towels. Access to the Fraser coast, Bundy and surrounds.

200m walk to quiet beach, beautiful area surrounded by wildlife & 15mn drive into town, 5mn drive to local shops. Public transport is limited so having a car is recommended, there is a bus stop 200m away. Parking is on the street unless you have a 4WD where you can park on the grass in front of the flat. We live in the rear house, family of 4 with 2 primary school aged children. The flat is a separate entrance & is fully fenced.
