The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Bolitho Barton is a historic farmstead in the wild centre of the peninsula, yet within easy reach of both the north and south coastlines. The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! We are 8 minutes' walk to our branch line station taking you to either Falmouth or Truro. Falmouth houses the university, galleries and plenty of places to eat. We are accessible to north and south coast beaches. Ideal for couples, single travellers, artists and those visiting family.
