The Warmhouse apartment is recently renovated, quiet and cozy, located on the first floor of the 2-story house. It is totally private. There is another short term rental apartment on the second floor.

If pet excrement is noted in yard or inside the house, a 150 violation fee applies for biohazard cleaning.
