This brand new country farmhouse overlooks Oaks Creek with stunning rural views, yet is only 2.5 miles from Cooperstown and 1.5 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park. A cathedral ceiling first floor, open floor plan kitchen and common area (with gas fireplace and flatscreen TV) adjoins a full bath with tiled shower and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Located minutes from the Cooperstown Dreams Park baseball camp, Otesaga Hotel, the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Ommegang Brewery by car. Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta are 25 min. June through September the apartment books on a six day rotation in coordination with the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament schedule.
