This is a newly renovated farm building, it’s a 2-bedroom home with all modern amenities. The kitchen / living area is on the first floor to maximise the views out over Bantry Bay to the front and the West Cork Countryside to the Back. Both Bedrooms are ensuite on the ground floor. The house is fully equipped with washing Machine, Dryer, Oven, Hob, Dishwasher etc. It's unsuitable for small children. Located just off the N71 Wild Atlantic Way. Patch House was built in the early 1900's and has been recently renovate to a very high standard. The house has panoramic views of Glengarriff Bay and the mountains beyond. The house is located in the picturesque area of Glengarriff in West Cork, Ireland, along the Wild Atlantic Way.
