Viel Holz, natürliche Farben, in Südtirol handgefertigte Möbel prägen den schlicht- edlen (modern/elegant) Naturstil in unserem „Baumhaus“.

Terrazzino privato rivolto a Sud/Ovest nell'area di ingresso. Il monolocale si trova nell'edificio adiacente al principale. La location perfetta per visitare la città o per godersi la quiete della natura. Cani benvenuti (supplemento € 15,- a notte). Parcheggio privato all'ingresso della fattoria (maso).

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Franzi's Rosa Residence

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
