Howdy! Welcome to Aggieland's Cozy Cabin. This warm atmosphere is a great place to kick back and relax. Only fifteen to twenty minutes from Kyle Field, and seven miles from Messina Hof Winery, you have best of both worlds. A private entrance with a carport will give you freedom to come and go. There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

Our home is in a well maintained development called Austin's Colony at the very end of a cul-de-sac. You can park your car free of charge on our driveway. Plenty of restaurants, a Kroger grocery store, and a liquor store are only about 1.5 miles from our house. The large backyard has a covered patio, BBQ and swimming pool you're free to use. Update :I have 2 rooms available now so when its all booked you have to share bathroom which I always see to it that they are always clean.
