This private one-bedroom non-smoking apartment is located in Underhill, Vermont. Nestled at the base of Mt. Mansfield and situated in a quiet and rural setting, enjoy the sounds of the Browns River and neighboring Clay Brook from the solitude of your deck. The apartment has everything that you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Just a 2-minute drive to hiking trails and mountain biking; 20 minutes to skiing at Smugglers Notch; 35 minutes to Burlington and the shore of Lake Champlain.

We welcome you to this one bedroom apartment in the heart of Burlington, Vermont. The unit is located in a professional neighborhood in the heart of the old north end district. This unit has separate upstairs accessibility. Plenty of bakeshops, breweries, cafes, restaurants located in the neighborhood . We are also just minutes away from the beautiful Lake Champlain waterfront with walking/bike friendly roads and paths. This apartment has everything needed to be at home!

*Burlington’s 1st Spa + Stay. Recently renovated and upgraded! We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

Our property is located on a quiet street in Burlington's Old North End. Recently renovated the guest suite sits above our home and is equipped with a private entrance. Windows face west providing a good deal of natural light. The partial kitchen is located in a small room off of the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, small refrigerator and freezer, toaster oven, microwave, and an electric kettle. Private bathroom. Wifi is provided.
