Hang out on 5 acres of outdoor fun relaxing on our small beach by the water, swimming, fishing, or playing a game of sand volleyball, horse shoes, corn hole, etc. The studio is attached to the main house and has its own private keyless entrance. Upstairs you will find 2 queen size beds, loveseat and TV. Downstairs includes couch, TV, table, kitchen, full bath with a stand up shower. Free use of Washer and Dryer inside.

New vacation rental on Lake Livingston. Peaceful lakefront with walk in swimming area. Fishing allowed. River tubes included for floating fun. Lakefront is walk in ready to enjoy with the Lilly pad. Fenced in yard makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors with pets and kids while sitting on the patio. There is a washer/dryer as well as parking on the driveway and street. There are two cameras on the outside of the property for check in.

Welcome to the cottage at the Lake Conroe Resort, w/hot tub, fire-pit, and boating experience. It's close by the Renaissance Festival and different Wedding Venues. Enjoy the sunset over the lake with your favorite drink; relax with a good movie with Free TV and WiFi. Boats can be rented at the guard station. We supply linens and most everything you'll need for a warm cozy stay. Also, there's a key code entry for easy access.
