The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

True North Cabin

Newly remodeled one bedroom cabin located in Carp Lake. The cabin is in a residential neighborhood directly off US 31. The cabin is located 6 miles south of Mackinaw City. This property has a shared access to Paradise Lake which is located at the intersection of Wheeling Road and Paradise Trail ( about a 2 minute walk). The cabin is also located directly across from the North Western State Trail, which is a hiking and biking trail in the summer and snowmobile trail in the winter.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Conveniently located 6 miles out of Mackinaw City for easy access to Shopping, Mackinac Island ferries, International Dark Sky Park, Wilderness State Park and Sturgeon Bay Beach. The cabin is very close to The North Country Trail & The North Western State Biking & Snowmobiling Trail. Property includes full access to cabin, fire pit, charcoal grill and yard. Only a 30 min. drive to Mackinaw City from where you can take the ferry to enjoy the day at Mackinac Island. Easy drive to Petoskey and so much more! Fun awaits!
