There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Centrally located for M1 & M40 with easy access to Silverstone Circuit, Towcester Racecourse, Banbury, Daventry, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Oxford, Stratford and the Cotswolds. This area also offers excellent walking and cycling opportunities and is close to many National Trust properties.

Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. The Stables is on the edge of the village of Hellidon in a countryside location in rural Northamptonshire close to the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire border. There are fabulous views from the property. There is private parking. The Stables is a separate annex to our home. You will have your own area of the garden adjacent to the Stables.
