The private balcony offers the perfect place to sit with a cold beverage & watch the sunset after a long day of adventure. AC is located in bedroom only.

Guest suite is attached to a private home that sits alone on top of a hill with 360 degree views. Private entrance with queen size bed, a/c, kitchenette, coffee maker and full private bath. Outdoor table for 2 to have coffee in the morning or an afternoon refreshing drink while watching the beautiful Senepol cows graze in the neighboring pasture. Estate Lucky Bottom Cane Bay St Croix, USVI

Estate Lucky Bottom is an 18 acre former Danish plantation established c1746. Its secluded private residence was built in 2004 replicating Danish West Indies architecture of the mid 18th century seen throughout the Territory. Ruins of the windmill and sugar factory are still present. The owners invite guests to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of this magnificent property while acknowledging respectfully the servitude and suffering of the enslaved people who toiled here 200 yrs ago.

"30 Steps to Paradise" Sweet and cool 1-bedroom cottage with large porch attached to a family home, with complete privacy. Hear the sound of the waves and walk to several beaches. Located near Jack's Bay on the south east tip of the island. The cottage has ceiling fans, no air-conditioning. The pool is available for guests. The other name for the cottage is "30 steps to Paradise" because it has 30 steps from the road to the entrance of the cottage.
