Shepherd hut -secluded riverside location

Our isolated shepherd’s hut is a cosy place with a large spacious shower and a comfortable king size bed. Recently fitted yet with some antique features. It has a private river view with its own private picnic table on the river too. There is a large garden area and private mooring. A porch area at the front and a cosy kitchen area to relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee...we provide toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave and there’s a fire pit on request and a local Tesco very close by.

Set in 30 acres of lakes, gardens and woodland this spacious four bedroom home is ideal for family holidays, groups or business guests wanting a peaceful location but with plenty to do. Activities include rowing, kayaking, open water swimming, tennis, walking and birdwatching. The house is extremely spacious and well equipped with everything you need in a home from home, there is even a piano. Children are well catered for and up to 2 dogs are welcome, although there is no enclosed garden.

We are situated 20minutes from M1 Junction 13, and 15min from the A1M to Cambridge You are welcome to use the gym equipment, ice bath, outdoor shower during your stay. We offer off street parking with a private entrance to a self-contained unit attached to our home: Bedroom with a kingsize bed, desk, and storage.
